Sweet Potato Loaf with Chocolate Ganache

Weekend baking adventures.

I been staring at this recipe for a couple of months so I tried making this Sweet Potato Loaf with chocolate ganache from @bonappetitmag Thanksgiving edition 2021. I know I’m super late but sometimes there’s other recipes to try and cook and life gets busy, you know.

I loved the recipe because it asks you to roast the sweet potato instead of using canned which gives it such a nice sweet flavor from the potato being caramelized. It’s spiced with clove, orange zest, nutmeg and cinnamon.

I honestly most of the times half the sugar content of recipes because most of the times find the baseline sweetness too much.

The chocolate ganache is spectacular, has brewed coffee and quite a bit of salt which gives it a rich deep chocolate flavor and a silky texture. Great combo with the loaf!!

I will for sure make this bread again!!!
