What do you mean by Pumpkin Pie?

In Mexico we don’t make Pie out of pumpkins.

Thanksgiving is a staple of American Holidays, so unique and special, some would say it may be the most important one of the year. I learned about this day while working in Dulles, VA and being invited to Thanksgiving dinner at a coworker’s home.

Everything was new and interesting to me, the food specially. How a feast like that is prepared and shared with your family and friends. Now, 15 years later, I celebrate it with my own family. We prepare our own favorite dishes and make an event of it as well.

I also learned how amazing Pumpkin Pie is!
